The Forge Group was established in 2009, with the main focus on the identified need in terms of job creation, people development, and service delivery in the technical sector, with a small group of competent engineering personnel covering a broad spectrum but not limited to the field of engineering. At the time there was huge potential in the national economy, public services, first economy, and SMME’S in the
provision of sustainable, competent delivery of basic
equipment servicing, maintenance,
construction(domestic & industrial), insurance requirements inclusive, manufacturing, installation, and basic design in all and any type of engineering requirements. As well as design and manufacturing of technical training aids. The rapid expansion of the company resulted in the employment of several staff members, and the servicing of various trades for many clients throughout South Africa.
Business Approach
Forge’s business approach is one of having a Holding Company with small diverse subsidiary companies that would only grow proportionally with sustainable Business acquisitions. We intend to employ specialists and
deploy skills on a centralized and decentralized basis as per business growth. Continuous liaison with the appropriate client company structures with a rapid response time. It is anticipated that not one of the companies will employ more than 25 individuals under one structure since we believe in personal contact.

Our team consists of Electricians, Instrumentation and Control Engineers as well as Fitters, Boilermakers and
Administration Staff. We are more than capable to handle projects quickly and efficiently. Clients are treated with the
